Student and Faculty Registration Registration ends June 6th. Only students selected and accepted by one of the ICRPS network universities can register. Only students selected and accepted by one of the ICRPS network universities can register. The cost of registration includes accommodations, all sessions, field trips, and special events.
All bank transaction costs are the responsibility of applicants.
Students must send a headshot (minimum 300 dpi) for inclusion in the programme booklet, as well as a motivation letter as soon as possible! The motivation letter should briefly introduce yourself and your research interests.
Faculty members must send a headshot (minimum 300 dpi), brief bio, and a brief summary of each lecture by June 6th.

If you have received a discount code, enter it on the Registration page and the price will automatically update.
If you need a group invoice, please email your request to the conference at congress@ulapland.fi. Provide your invoicing address, reference (if needed), and the list of participants. In addition, when completing the registration form, please add “group invoice/[insert your organization’s name here]” to the note field on the Personal Information page.
Single rooms are available for faculty members and shared rooms for students. Accommodation is in the DAS Lauri student apartments, a five-minute walk from the University campus. More information is available from DAS. Rooms will be furnished, and bed linens and towels will be provided. As indicated on the DAS website, there are laundry facilities and DAS wireless internet connections. To be able to use the laundry, attendees must register with DAS at https://www.das.fi/en/Register.
Unfortunately, accommodation in DAS is reserved for only two weeks. Participants arriving in Rovaniemi before June 16 or leaving after June 29 may book a hotel or Airbnb apartment.
